Taken 3 and what law school did to me.

Spoiler Alert.
if you haven't watched Taken 3 and don't plan on watching it, read this.
if you haven't watched Taken 3 and plan to watch it, read this too,
cause its, you know, my blog.
plus, there's not much of a storyline for me to rat on....
anyways, basically Taken 3 is about Liam Neeson's daughter getting kidnapped (AGAIN).
well sort of.
again, I don't understand why his daughter keeps getting it.
I mean, I wouldn't even dare look at him even if I bump into him on the streets.
I mean, he made this meme popular.

or this.
anyways. personal thoughts aside.
x
it was a fairly enjoyable movie.
until Liam Neeson starts the action.
until I started to get this nag behind my head.
to be precise, this nag you get while watching action movies after starting law school.
and when it ended with the police officer shaking Liam Neeson's hand,
as he walks off scot free despite crashing cars and bombing places across town,
the nag behind my head gets louder.
(yes, it's a law school thing, I think)
I mean, yeah I guess the self defence thing does work, in some cases.
but what about the part where the stereotype police and action movie main character car chase where Liam Neeson caused havoc and major accidents.
or him running from 'lawful apprehension'.
even his famous line 'I will find you and I will kill you' - wait, isn't that assault?
x
oh well, all I really wanted today was a good entertainment.
but I guess I got more than that.
like this sudden realization that the law school 'thing' is happening.
and I've got a feeling that it will stick around for a very, very long time.
Signing off,
I'm here to wish everyone, but in no way guarantee, a happy 2015!
